Stacking of stacks - 2 lots

There are 2 subdivisions for stacking of stacks on behalf of the Nature Agency. Partial agreement I: Sjaelland, Lolland Falster and M-n, Part II: Bornholm.

The offer includes cutting of stacks by road to the Nature Agency.

Part of the design can findd pa areas owned by individuals other than the Nature Agency.

The following must be considered:

During the period 1/11/2018 to 30.6.2019 63 000 KFM, subsequent periods 1/7 to 30/6 75 000 KFM.

Tenderer must attach the common European Public Procurement Document (ESPD) and answer section:

Part IV, paragraph α:

A) Participation in the tender can only be done electronically via the contractor's used electronic supply system EU Supply, jf. the address in point I.3). Here the tender is awarded under Current public offerings . To be able to access the tender documents, the tenderer must be registered or register as a user.

- Communication in connection with the tender procedure, including questions and answers, must be made through the electronic procurement system. Time limits in relation to questionnaire and response are stated in the terms of the tender,

- NotResidents must keep themselves informed through the electronic procurement system.

B) The tenderer must submit an ESPD as a preliminary proof of the provisions of section 148 of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 1-3, mentioned conditions. For a group of companies (eg a consortium) a separate ESPD must be submitted for each of the participating economic operators. The tenderer will be excluded from participation in the procurement procedure if the tenderer is subject to the mandatory grounds for exclusion referred to in section 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act and the grounds for exclusion provided for in section 137 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1, No. 2, with less tothe bidder has provided sufficient evidence that it is palpable in accordance with section 138 of the Public Procurement Act or that the grounds for exclusion will be forfeited at the time of award decision. - Before the award decision, the tenderer to which the contracting entity intends to award the contract, provide documentation for the information provided in-ESPD pursuant to Section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. - 153.
