Grinding of wood or plants and acquisition of wood chips. Framework agreements with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum and 1 single economic operator. Award of a framework agreement for each lot. Framework agreements concluded for an initial period of 1 yearfrom the time of their notification.

The application can be presented either under forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the website www.economie.gouv.fr), either in the form of a DoSingle European Market Document (DUME) or DUM (Simplified Public Procurement).

The contracting authority imposes the transmission of bids electronically via the buyer profile https://alm.marches-securises.fr. Paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission of documents on an electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, USB key ...) is not allowed. The choice of the mode of transmission is global and irreversible. Applicants must apply the same method of transmission to all documents sent to the contracting authority.
