Operation and Maintenance of Plants for Drainage of Plots - North Moravia Region

The subject of above-mentioned public service orders is the provision of regular services to ensure the functionality and uninterrupted operation of buildings drainage of land for "Northern Moravia" in accordance with the operating order, ptechnical documentation and related water management documents, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water, in the wording of later regulations, notices No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed designation of constructions for water management land and their the part and the method and extent of the baking thereof, in accordance with the relevant part of the technical standards (in particular TNV 75 4922, ČSN EN 50 110-1), under(eg, issue no. 50/1978 Coll., on professional competence in electrotechnics, as amended, no. no. 216/2011 Coll., on the issues of handling lines and operating lines of waterworks), and in accordance with the relevant legal regulations with other legal regulations or decisions of administrative bodies related to the brewing and operation of these waterworks.

The subject of above-mentioned public service orders is the provision of regular services in order to ensure the functionality and continuous operation of the buildings drainage of land for "Northern Moravia" in accordance with the operational-construction and technical documentation and related water management documents, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water, in the wording of later regulations, notices no. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed designation of constructions for water management land improvement and their parts and method and extent of blasting, in accordance with the relevant part of the technical standards (especially TNV 75 4922, ČSN EN 50 110-1), in accordance with the relevant special legal regulations (eg Smoke No. 50/1978 Coll., On Professional Qualification in Electrotechnics, as amended, the Decree No. 216/2011 Coll., On the Issues of Manipulation Series and Operational Waters works) and in accordance with other legal regulations or decisions of the administrative bodies related to the baking and operation of these waterworks.provision of services for the operation and maintenance of buildings for drainage of land for the duration of the contract (ie assumption 01/2019 12/2022): 3 186 500, - CZK without VAT. Assumed value for the provision of ad hoc services for the duration of the contract (ie assumption 01/2019 12/2022): 2 000 000, - CZK without VAT. The public bid is conceived as the sum of the financial limit assumed to be the value of the annually recurring serviceeb, which is expected to run out in full, and the financial limit assumes the value for ad hoc services that is given for the entire period of the contract (this limit may or may not be exhausted). The sum of these limits should not exceed the total estimated value of the public contract for the duration of the contract.

The fulfillment of professional competence shall be demonstrated by the supplier who submits copies of the following documents:

(b) proof that it is authorized to engage in the extent corresponding to the subject of a public offer, unless other legal provisions require such a remedy:

• trade license for the branch:

- Manufacturing, trade and services not listed in Appendices 1 to 3 of the Trades Licensing Act

About Providing Services foragriculture, horticulture, pisciculture, forestry and hunting;

or

About Preparing and finishing construction work, specialized construction activities ;, or Providing of constructions, their alterations and removals

- Installation, repair, inspection and testing of electrical equipment,

- Nakladani s hazardous waste.

(c) proof that it has been professionally caused or disposed of by a person who by means of professional competenceif the professional qualifications are fulfilled by other legal regulations for the fulfillment of public contracts: - Certified for professional qualification in electrotechnics according to - 9 of the Decree No. 50/1978 Coll., in the wording of later regulations, - - Certificate of professional competence in electrotechnics according to - 6, - 7 and - 8 of the Annals

The contractor shall state in an affidavit, by professionally qualified person, whether one of the contractor's employees or one of the persons who are in relation to the supplier in another relationship. If this person is not an employee of a supplier or a member of his statutory body, the requirements of clause 4.7 must be met. This Invoking Documentation.

The Contracting Authority may require pa copy of the original documents or certified copies of the above-mentioned documents proving professional competence.

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the contracting authority shall require the selected contractor to submit original or certified copies of the qualification documents if they have not already been submitted in the procurement procedure.
