Realization of operation and maintenance of buildings for drainage of land - Eastern Bohemia area

The subject of above-limit public service orders is the provision of regular services to ensure the functionality and uninterrupted operation of buildings for drainage of land for the "Eastern Bohemia" area in accordance with the operating order, construction-Industrial water management documentation and related documents, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act no. 254/2001 Coll., on waters, as amended, Decree no. 225/2002 Coll., on detailed definition of structures for land reclamation and their parts and the manner and extent of the baking thereof, in accordance with the relevant part of the technical standards (in particular TNV 75 4922, ČSN EN 50 110-1)(eg, issue no. 50/1978 Coll., on professional competence in electrotechnics, in the wording of later regulations, anoning no. 216/2011 Coll., on the issues of handling rows and operating lines of waterworks) and in accordance with other legal regulations or decisions of the governing bodies related to the baking and operation of these waterworks.

Subject of above-mentioned public service orders is the provision of regular services to ensure the functionality and continuous operation of buildings for drainage of land for the "Vychodni Čechy" area in accordance with the operating order, construction and technical documentation and related water documents, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., On water, in the wording of later regulations, no. 225/2002 Coll., On the detailed definition of constructions for water management plots and their parts and the manner and extent of their brewing, in accordance with the relevant part of the technical standards (especially TNV 75 4922, ČSN EN 50 110-1), according to the relevant special legal regulations (eg Smoke No. 50/1978 Coll., On Professional Qualification in Electrical Engineering, (a) Extract from the Commercial Register (Act No. 216/2011 Coll., on the Issues of Manipulation Series and Operational Series of Waterworks) and in accordance with other legal regulations or decisions of the administrative bodies related to the baking and operation of these waterworks. filing, filing, filing, filing, filing, filing, filing, filming, or similar, if another legal provision requires such evidence; b)the extent corresponding to the subject of the public procurement, if other legal regulations require such a remedy:
