The subject of this procurement is "Supply of hardware equipment for upgrade and extension of the IT infrastructure of MAF"

The Contracting Authority does not require the participants to be able to exercise professional activity .. The Employer has no requirements for the economic and financial condition of the participants.

Any Bulgarian or foreign physicist can participate in the procedureor a legal entity or groupings thereof which meets the conditions of Art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and the requirements of the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the conditions under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, as well as the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in a jurisdictionpreferential tax arrangements, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners (ZIFODRDKTRTLDDS).

The documents proving the lack of grounds for removal are those referred to in Art. 58 of the PPL and shall be submitted by the tenderer selected as contractor prior to the conclusion of a public procurement contract.

The documents proving the compliance with the selection criteria shall be submitted before the conclusion of the contractis the contract for awarding a public procurement under Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and are: a list of the supplies with an object and volume identical or similar to those of the order, indicating the values, volumes, dates and recipients, certified copy of the certificate ISO 9001: 2008 / ISO EN 9001: 2015 or equivalent, issued by accredited persons with a scope including: design, testing, construction, implementation, andoptimization, management, administration and maintenance of computer, communication and information systems; a list of the personnel who will execute the order, indicating the professional qualification of the persons; 59, para. 1, item 3 of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering.

Guarantee for advances provided in the amount of 80% of the value of the dog. with VATthe contract for performance of the contract shall be submitted by the tenderer designated as the contractor at the time of signing the contract at the rate of 3% (three percent) of its total value exclusive of VAT. The conditions for the release and retention of the performance guarantee are set out in the draft contract. The participant designated as contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee itself. Performance guarantee-is presented in the form of a bank guarantee - in original, a sum of money (original payment order) or insurance (original of a policy), which ensures execution by covering the contractor's liability. If the performance guarantee is submitted in the form of a cash payment, it is transferred to the account of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry at the BNB - ЦУ:

The bank charges for the transfer are at the expense of the ordering party. If the performance guarantee is in the form of a bank guarantee, it must be unconditional, irrevocable and payable in whole or in part at the rate specified by the grantor at the first written request in which the contracting authority states that the contractor has failed to fulfill an obligation underor the contracting authority has terminated the contract due to a culpable breach of obligations of the contractor.
