CPV Description: Seismic equipment.

Delivery of experimental equipment for the needs of the National Center for Seismic Engineering at UACEG under 5 lots

The scope and subject of the contract include the implementation of the following main activities:

Main Site: University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, National Center for Seismic Engineering. seismic engineering, UACEG Research and Education Center, bl. B., studio B-067

Delivery and warranty service of the following equipment:

- multichannel measuring system - 1 pc,

- displacement sensors with specified range according to the technical specification - total 17 pcs,

- tension / pressure sensors with different range specified in the technical specification - total 3 pcs,

- pressure sensors with different range according to the technical specification - total 3 b- The requirements for each item are specified in the technical specification

The contracting authority has no requirements regarding the suitability for pursuing the professional activity

The contracting authority has no requirements regarding the economic and financial status of the participants.

1. The assignor removes participants from the procedure on the grounds of Art. 54 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, items 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act.

2. Other basedRemoval from participation:

According to Art. 107 of the PPA, except on the grounds under Art. 54 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority shall remove:

1. a tenderer who does not meet the selection criteria or does not fulfill the other condition set out in the contract notice, the invitation to confirm interest or in the invitation to participate in the negotiations or in the documentation;

2. participant, cohas submitted a tender which does not comply with:, social and labor law listed in Annex 10;

3. a participant who has not submitted a justification within the deadlineand under Art. 72, para. 1 or whose offer was not accepted in accordance with Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act;

4. related party participants;

5. Participant who has submitted an application or offer that does not qualify for submission, including form, method and time limit.

Grounds for removal related to national law:

1. The contracting authority shall remove from the procedure a participant for whom there is a presencethe substances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, related persons and their beneficial owners.

2. According to Art. 101, para. 11 of PPA related parties cannot be independent candidates or participants in the same procedure. Related parties are those within the meaning of -1, item 13 and item 14 of the SupplementThe provisions of the Public Offering of Securities Act.

3. Persons for whom the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Confiscation of Illegal Acquisition Act

4. The assignor shall remove from participation in the procedure a participant who has been convicted of:

- a crime under Art. 108a, Art. 159a - 159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194 217, Art. 219-252, Art. 253-260, Art. 301-307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352-353f of the Criminal Code (Art. 54, Para. 1, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Law),

- violations under Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para. 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code (Art. 54, Para. 1, Item 6 of the Public Procurement Law),

- violations under Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act (Article 54, Paragraph 1, Item 6 of the Public Procurement Act).
