The purpose of the market, entitled, is to manufacture, supply and send payment documents directly to the homes of hospital staff (active or retired), recipients of the CGOS.

The perimeter of the market includes all the following services:

- issuance of infalsified securitiesin physical format (paper),

- registration of the order file sent by the CGOS,

- receipt and receipt of bank checks issued by the agents, for the settlement of their participation,

- placing in envelopes and sending securities to the agents' offices, - invoicing each CGOS regional delegation of the sole financial contribution of the CGOS, the cost ofdisbursements) and management fees,

- exchange of securities at the request of the agent,

- management of undistributed folds,

- information agents on the network of cultural providers (signs, points of sale, cultural places ...) accepting the title,

- management of replacements of declared securities not received by agents,

- supply of statistics on the use of securitiese payment,

- establishment of a telephone platform dedicated to information agents.

- declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate does not enter in any cases of prohibition to bid,

- document relating to the powers persons authorized to bind the company: extract of Kbis or equivalent and delegation of power signed by the person legally entitled to representthe company, if any,

- copy of the judgments pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership.
