Restricted procedure market (MAPA) n 04H20 provision of premises surveillance and personal protection.

This consultation is processed according to an Adapted Procedure Market (MAPA) restricted under the provisions of articles R. 2123-1 and followings and R. 2131-13 of the Public Order Code (CCP) and more precisely under article R. 2123-1-3 of the CCP allowing to go through a contract with a procedure adapted to a market having as its object services social services and other specific services whatever the estimated value of the need. Here, it is specifically about.

The market relates to the supplies or services of the establishmentsfollowing issues:

- CH of Perpignan,

- CH of Narbonne.

This perimeter is likely to evolve with the adhesions of the other member establishments of the GHT. In application of article L. 6132-3-3 of the Public Health Code (CSP), a constitutive agreement was signed on 1.7.2016. It designates the Perpignan Hospital Center as the support establishment for the GHT. This GHT is composed of the 5 establishedfollowing sessions:
