The present contract has as its object the service of vigilance and security through vigilantes sin arma of the dependent buildings of the district of Vicalvaro, in accordance with the conditions and specifications contained in the Specification of Particular Technical Specifications.

This contract is of social perspective.

In addition to the documentation proving economic, financial and technical or professional solvency indicated in this Annex I, tenderers must present in the envelopeof certified administrative documentation of registration in the Register of Security Companies of the General Directorate of Police that enables them to provide surveillance and protection services in the territorial scope object of this contract.

Note: in the event that the bidders have the corresponding classification, the qualification will be integrated withinthe same (Resolution of the Central Administrative Court of Contractual Resources 727/2016, of September 16, 2016).
