The MPMO is chosen as a placement procedure, based on
Article 38, - 1, 1, c) of the Public Procurement Act of 17.6.2016. The motivation for this
Placement procedure and the term of the framework agreement is based on followthe elements:
- incomplete documentation of the current installations and the dependence on whether or not to reuse the current cabling / existing technical equipment. The Flemish government wants to designate an access control partner through consultation and consideration of the different alternative possibilities of the candidates. The goal is to be innovative and forward-looking oenabling solutions and at the same time optimizing access control costs. This assignment is an assignment for services in the sense of art. 2, 21 of the Public Procurement Act of 17.6.2016
