The purpose of the contract is to supply, deliver and put into service (with training of user personnel) human presence detectors hidden in vehicles.
EDF wishes to equip its Nuclear Power Generation Centers (NPP) of a Human Presence Detection Device (DPH).detection system must make it possible to detect any hidden intruder in any type of vehicle attempting to enter the Zone d'acces controlee (ZAC).
The holder of the contract will be responsible for:
- the provision of a warning device detection of human presence,
- delivery of this device on the concerned CNPE,
- commissioning on CNPE and training in the use of the device.t indicates in the associated RFI.
The candidate must provide a declaration on honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015- 899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates.
The candidate must submit an extract from the relevant register.less than 3 months, such as an excerpt K bis, or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment of the candidate. is in receivership, he must produce a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced to justify that he is entitled to continue his activities during the execution period ofThe applicant must provide the certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies proving that he has satisfied his fiscal and social obligations.
The certificates are to be provided by the individual candidates.
The applicant must provide the financial statements ( balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) of the last 3 financial years available attesting to its financial sustainability.given the date of creation of his company, the candidate does not have all the information, give equivalent justifications.
The candidate accepts the application of the administrative and technical contractual parts used by EDF for its markets, in particular the following documents:
General Conditions of Purchase (CGA) DAPI Supply Works Services (FTS) version # 1 of 3.4.2017.
Quality system standards: NF EN ISO 9001 (or equivalent), and EDF complements (SGAQ, NTAQ 07-0403, NT 85/114, ...),
EDF specifications (CSCT or CCTP, CST, CRT, CCTG, ...)
The candidate accepts the free consultation of his documents allowing to verify the good basis of the answers and arguments which he brought.
