Delivery of pedestrian bridge equipment at Lake Bystrzycki in Zagorzu Śląskie - Second proceedings

The subject of the order concerns the design, purchase, delivery and assembly of equipmentpedestrian bridge over the Bystrzyckie Lake in Zagorz Śl. as part of the project entitled "Increasing the sharing of natural resources and the development of new forms of ecological education thanks to the expansion of the Tourist Center of Ecological Education" Choina "and the improvement of the organization of tourism in the City of Walim. Place of delivery: Zagorze Śląskie. The order is divided into two parts: Task 1 Ławki, Task 2 Telescope. The order range and minimum equipment requirements are included in Annex 4 to the ToR, i.e. Description of the subject of the order. However, for proper selection and placement of equipment, the Contracting Authority attached project documentation (Annex No. 5 to the Terms of Reference).

The subject of the order is the design, purchase, delivery and assembly of prefabricated elementsbenches (seats) with sound modules and LED backlight (eg: LED strips from the bottom of the benches) consisting of individual elements, according to drawing no. 25 of the detailed design together with the technical description and drawing no. 4 of the building design together with the technical description (The other elements of the published executive and construction design should be treated only as an aid) and the Contractoris obliged to agree with the Contractor a footbridge (construction works) t. j. with the company STRABAG Sp. z o.o. assembly of the order. The ordering party with the designer's consent allows the use of other material from which the benches can be made, i.e. GRC concrete reinforced with a glass fiber. The profile of the benches must allow sitting on both sides (round). Description of benches with sound module with backlightLED lighting (eg waterproof LED tape) for individual design and integration into prefabricated designed benches. Particular elements of the set (the contractor includes an auxiliary drawing but it is not binding) must be equipped with built-in boxes, eg: prefabricated with the possibility of opening for operation (eg door closed with a key, resistant to weather conditionsin the color of the prefabricate), the necessary equipment must be installed in the cabinet to enable the selection of individual sound effects or works (in particular sounds of animals, birds, forest noise, water noise previously announced by the reader), enabling the corresponding sound effect. Supplier seeThe set must be equipped with loudspeakers to obtain sound at a distance of 2 m around the bench, for example, an SD card or flash drive. be equipped with loudspeakers (number according to individual design) integrated into prefabricates, resistant to weather conditions and protectionin a manner that prevents unauthorized access. A volume control module, USB or SD card reader must be installed in the cabinet. The bench must be equipped with a button (resistant to atmospheric conditions, waterproof), the purpose of which will be the temporary start of sound (time to be determined at the design stage). The subject of the order concerns item No. 4.12 / 55d. 4.12 of the item, drawingNo. 25 of the detailed design, drawing No. 4 of the building design and auxiliary drawing of sound modules and lighting, which constitute Annex 5 to the ToR and are available with all the documentation of the proceedings on the Ordering Party's website at: http://bip.walim.pl/ c = 313 after clicking on the link regarding the subject proceedings. The contractor is obliged to obtain on behalf of the Ordering Partythe technical conditions of connection to the network from the competent administrator, and the design and connection to the footbridge being built, as well as the preparation of a simplified WLZ project using the construction of cable ducts made by the contractor (to be agreed with STRABAG Sp. z oo), including obtaining required by law, consents, permits, arrangements etc. The garages must be equipped-in waterproof LED lighting, for example: LED strips located underneath prefabricated elements, in the cabinet with sound modules must be additionally installed 230V power socket and twilight controller to activate the lighting. The subject of the order is also the design and implementation of the footbridge lighting, e.g. in balustrade in LED technology with the possibility of changing the color of the (RGBW) popFor example: a pilot, each side of the barrier controlled separately. To install the lighting elements in the balustrade, it is necessary to obtain permission from the Contractor of the footbridge. STRABAG. The contractor is obliged to submit the bench design together with visualizations for the acceptance of the Employer up to 60 days from the date of signing the contract.

The Ordering Party does not specify in this respect any requirements that the contractor will fulfillobliged to demonstrate in a special way. The contractor will fulfill this condition if he makes a declaration according to the template constituting Annex 2 to the SIWZ, ie "ONE" for the first part of the order, ie "Task 1 Bench":

The Contractor is obliged to have civil liability insurance in the scope of the activity for an amount not less PLN 300, 000.00. For the second part of the order, i.e. "Taskse 2 Riflescope ":

The Ordering Party does not specify any requirements in this respect that the contractor is obliged to demonstrate in a special way. The Contractor will fulfill this condition if he makes a declaration according to the template constituting Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, ie ONE

1. in the unlimited tender procedure.

2. Due to the limitation of the number of signs in section II of the announcement, in box II.1.1) "Name", the Employer informs that the full name of the task is: "Delivery of pedestrian bridge equipment on Lake Bystrzyckie in Zagorzu Śląskie as part of the project" Increased sharing of natural resources and development of new forms of ecological education thanks to the extension of the Tourist Environmental Education Center "Choina" and improvement of the organization of tourism in the City of Walim "--II proceedings. 3. Contractors may participate in the proceedings who meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings and are not subject to exclusion: - based on Article 24 paragraph 1 of the PPL,

- on the basis of art.-Art. 24 sec. 5 points 1-8 of the Public Procurement Law (detailed description in section VI of the Terms of Reference)

4. The submitted offer should be made on the offer form constituting Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference, ie the Offer Form. Along with the offer should be submitted:

- Declaration of the Contractor (contractors, subcontractors, third parties), referred to in point VII.1 of these SIWZ, namely Annex 2 to the SIWZ, ie EAT (Note: EAT-should be submitted in the form specified in point VIII.4 SIWZ),

- Power of attorney to sign the offer / conclusion of the contract (if applicable). The power of attorney should be enclosed in the form of an original, - Power of attorney to represent all contractors jointly applying for the award (if applicable). A proxy may be appointed to represent contractors in the proceeding or to representin the procedure and conclusion of the contract. The power of attorney should be enclosed in the form of an original,

- Obligation of third parties to put at the disposal of the Contractor the necessary resources for the implementation of the order, ie Annex No. 6 to the ToR. The obligation should be enclosed in the form of an original,

- Contractor's statement regarding the RODO Annex No. 8 to the ToR

- Proof of payment of the bid security (in accordance with point IX.3 or-IX.4 SIWZ). - Contractor, within 3 days from the date of posting on the website information on the opening of offers, referred to in Article. 86 par. 5 PPL, he provides the orderer with a statement on belonging to or a lack of belonging to the same capital group. Ordering party will call the contractor, whose offer was the highest rated to submit in the designated, not shorter than 10 days, the current date as of the day of submitting the remaining statements and documents referred to in Chapter VII of these SIWZ.
