MOSO Dependencies Green IP PSE

In accordance with the provisions of the transport code, SNCF Reseau ensures the maintenance of national network infrastructure (RFN) including green dependencies. This market is a recurring market. Green dependencies represent about 53 000 hectares (30 000 linear kilometers of lines, of whichlinear ilometers of sensitive and special earthworks and 18, 000 level crossings)

The services expected from the holder of the present contract (hereinafter) are the following:

- an intellectual service of elaboration of the general policy of maintenance and dependency management veof the RFN;

- provision of services for the maintenance of green dependencies belonging to the perimeter entrusted to the Holder;

- assembly and reporting services to SNCF Reseau:

- planning, coordination and control maintenance services;

- assembly and reporting of all services performed on the green dependencies of the RFN.

The holder, or the agent in case of grouping, must compulsorily to perform the following qualifications and main qualifications:

- E141, E151 Qualification, E161;

- H125 Qualipaysage habilitation.

Or the reference justification for work to control the vegetation around the railway tracks ormajor infrastructures of comparable importance in order to demonstrate its capacity to perform this type of services.

SNCF qualifications required:

For this contract, the holder, or the subcontractor or the co-contractor in the case of a group, must have the necessary benefits SNCF qualification Next network: compulsory main qualification (from the application phase for thecompany or the grouping of companies):

- 05001: manual announcement of circulations. Perimeter: Paris South East (Seine-et-Marne Paris Essonne Loiret Yonne Val-de-Marne).

The Holder undertakes to maintain the qualifications and the authorizations required for the execution of the services as referred to the CCT and to present them to the SNCF at any time of the execution of the contract. When

-the Holder refers to foreign qualifications and / or authorizations, he must be able to justify the equivalence of the foreign standard with the specified standard, by identifying the differences between the standards, in order to determine the additional requirements to be respected, and the tests or additional examinations to be carried out to establish the conformity of the service with the stipulations ofthe French standard.
