The communes of Montagny and the CCAS of the city of Brignais have constituted a group of command. The coordinator of the group is the city ofMontagny whose mission extends until the notification of the market. Each member of the group executes his own needs and their payment. The subject of the contract is the supply and delivery of cold-binding meals for the following structures:
Supply and delivery of cold-cooked meals for the needs of the Montagny schools. As an indication, the vThe meal allowance on school time was established over the fiscal year 2017-2018 at 28, 482 divided into: - nursery school: 11, 188, - elementary: 15, 636, - adults: 1, 658. Samples should be delivered with the technical data sheets of the products: these sheets are contractual. As such, the holder can not propose a lower quality whenof the execution of the market. The samples are free and can not be invoiced by the candidates. The packaging of the samples must be marked: by specifying the lot number corresponding to the sample. In case of failure to submit samples on the day indicated above, the offer of the candidate will be considered incomplete and can not be retained ..
