Catering to pupils of Special Secondary Schools of the Municipality of Pallini for the school year 2018 - 2019. The object of the contract is to award the pupils of the Experimental Music High School - Pallini General Music Lyceum, 17th Km of Marathonos, Mariza Pallini and Gerakas Artistic Gymnasium with Lyc-e classes, Iraklia and Skiathos, Gerakas, for the school year 2018 - 2019.

Because the Municipality is unable to prepare meals with its own services, it must resort to commissioning ready meals in order to meet the above obligation. Any changes occurring in the quantities and on the days of feeding will be notified in writing and in time by the address of the respective-School of the Municipality of Pallini, as well as the Chairman of the Pallini Municipality Receiving Committee.

2) Feeding of pupils of the High School of the Municipality of Pallini for the school year 2018 - 2019 (Gerakas Artistic Gymnasium with lyceum classes) Students 360 Number of School Days 155, Quantity: 55, 800 Servings, Budget Expenditures (excluding VAT): 139, 500.00 EUR

The estimated value of the contract amounts to EUR 379 925.00 plus 24% VAT, 24% VAT 91 182, 00 EUR and total cost 471 107, 00 EUR, with option to 15% or 22, 795 shares of 56 987, EUR 50, VAT 24% EUR 13 677.00 and a total cost of EUR 70 664.50, ie a total cost, including the option, EUR 541 771.50, and will be borne by the CL. 15.6481.0009 of the municipality budget for the year 2018 and the corresponding year 2019, with absorption within the financial year 2018, up to EUR 203 918.00 (including VAT) and within the financial year year 2019-of the remaining amount, including the option. During the term of the contract, the Municipality reserves the right to reduce or increase the commission in the total quantity. The final value of the commission will depend on the school days and the serving portions to be consumed per day of feeding.

The duration of the contract is set at one (1) school year, according to-as set out in Annex I and II of the Declaration.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of the procurement. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be enrolled in one of the professionalor commercial records kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement is set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC. or to third countries not falling under the previous indentbilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.
