Air services departing from Pau Pyrenees airport

The Mixed Syndicate of Pau Pyrenees Airport wishes to create several air lines departing from Pau:

Provision of regular air transport service for passengers, on the Pau-Madrid connection, with a minimum of 2 weekly rotations and a minimum IATA season, for a period of 2 years.execution start date is expected no later than November 2020.

Applicants must provide concerning the legal situation of their company:

- extract K bis of less than 3 months,

- certificate of professional civil liability insurance in course of validity,

- a declaration on honor to justify that the information and documents required for the application areexact,

- declaration on honor to justify that the candidate does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition to tender mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to 2141-11 of the public procurement code,

- information on the compliance with the employment obligation mentioned in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code,

- the approvals essential to the exercise of the activity of transporteurair,

- the established certificates justifying the respect of the obligations envisaged in article L. 2123-2 of the code of the public order, the candidate produces the certificates and attestations delivered under the conditions and by the organizations mentioned by the decree of 22.3.2019 fixing the list of taxes, levies, contributions or social security contributions giving rise to the issue of certificates for theto award of public order contracts,

- in the event of an application coming from a company belonging to a group of companies subject to the tax consolidation and / or consolidation of VAT payment regime, the candidate will also provide the certificates referred to above for its parent company.

Information concerning the economic and financial capacity of the company: the candidatewill provide:

- a declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover concerning the services corresponding to the field of activity of the market, carried out during the last 3 available financial years,

- detailed annual accounts (balance sheet, results and appendices) of the last 3 known financial years and, if applicable, the reports of the auditors of the last 3known exercises, concerning the candidate's activity and the field of activity subject of the contract.
