Services provided for the contracting authority to purchase airplane tickets for Bucharest - Miami - Bucharest flights, according to schedule. Site: CDZ Bucharest - Ion Ionescu Street from Brad no. 10, sector 1.

According to specifications in the Task Booki. Bidders, associates, third parties and subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with the information related to their situation.-the tenderer ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders shall submit the following supporting documents, proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE:

- the certificate of the outstanding debts, regarding the payment of the taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget- the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision-making or control within it, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act,

- documents demonstrating that athe economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016, - other editorial documents, as the case may be.

For non-resident tenderers, according to the provisions of art. 168 par. (3) of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement, if in the country of origin or in the country where it is establishedthe applicant / candidate does not issue documents of the nature of the ones mentioned in par. (1) or the respective documents do not cover all the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167, the contracting authority has the obligation to accept a declaration on its own responsibility or, if in that country there are no legal provisions regarding the declaration under its own responsibility, an authentic declaration given in front of onenotary, of an administrative or judicial authority or of a professional association having competence in this respect.
