More precisely, the mission consists of in the removal of the archives currently located on the site of the clinic Edmond-Jacques in Virton, their digitization and destructionn At the submission of bids, bidders produce the complete and signed Single European Market Document (SEM), which consists of an updated self-declaration as evidence a priori in place of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the candidate or tendererfulfills all the conditions of right of access and qualitative selection, namely:

1) that it is not in one of the situations referred to in articles 67 to 69, which must or may lead to the exclusion of candidates or bidders; (2) it meets the applicable selection criteria established in accordance with Article 71.
