Supply and Acceptance Completely finished assembly of a Ultra high vacuum low temperature scanning tunneling microscope with liquid helium bathCryostat (5 K), variable magnetic field (0 to = 4 Tesla) perpendicular to the sample surface, high-frequency cabling of the tip and sample, and in-situ sample chamber (short: RFSTM) including all necessary ancillary services and training (operation of the devices and software, maintenance) of at least 2 employees of the Department of Solid State Physics dhe Johannes Kepler University Linz at least 4 days

The Department of Solid State Physics of the Johannes Kepler University Linz plans to acquire an ultra-high vacuum low-temperature scanning tunneling microscope with a liquid-helium bath cryostat (5 K), variable magnetic field (0 to = 4 Tesla) perpendicular to the sample surface, high-frequency cabling of the tip and sample, und in-situ sample chamber (short: RFSTM) including all necessary ancillary services as well as a training (operation of the RFSTM, carrying out maintenance work) of at least two employees on site to the extent of 4 days. The delivery and installation of the tendered complete system is expected to take place no later than 1.7.2019In accordance with the rules of the country of origin of the tenderer, by virtue of the rules of the country of origin of the tenderer, a certificate of registration of the trade or professional register of the country of origin referred to in Annex VII to the BVergG 2006 or by the submission of the relevant in Annex VII to the BVergG 2006unification or oath declaration. Evidence that no reason for exclusion pursuant to - 68 (1) BVergG 2006 exists has to be obtained by submitting an excerpt from a professional or commercial register listed in Annex VII of the BVergG2006; and an extract from the criminal records or an equivalent certificate from a court or administrative authority of the country of origin of the companyehmers for each authorized representative, stating that the grounds for exclusion specified in - 68 (1) (1) to (4) BVergG 2006 are not met; as well as the final statement of account of the responsible social insurance institution, as well as the final certificate of return of the competent financial authority or equivalent documents of the country of origin of the entrepreneur to success

In order to prove its financial and economic standing, the tenderer must provide:

- a credit report from a bank, and - a statement of the total turnover of the last 3 business years in the field of activity to which the present award is made. If the company does not have three business years, this statement must be made for the entire timesince the company was founded by the tenderer.
