The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of IT equipment and software allowing for comprehensive handling of the process of scanning and providing its results to the Contracting Party's systems by means of integrating functions providing services for the SOA bus operating at the Ordering Party. The ordering party requires the delivered item to be orderedEnia was a complete, integrated system. As part of the order, the Contractor must provide all the necessary components, both program and hardware, along with any required licenses necessary for its use. Because of the hardware resources, technologies, software and licenses held by the Purchaser, the Purchaser requires that the subject of the order provided by the ContractorIa collaborated with the IT environment of the Employer:
1. Windows operating system (Windows 64 bit servers 7, 8, 10 and Windows 64 bit servers 2008, 2012)
2. Windows Active Directory management system
3. Oracle Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.6.0

II. In order to confirm the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in proceedings specified in Chapter 4 of the SETCPP and to demonstrate lack of grounds for exclusion, inContractors must submit with the offer the following statements and documents:
