Document Scanning for Dips — Akershus universitetssykehus HF

A system is wanted that will scan and classify documents that are set up during a patient's treatment and that do not come electronically into the patient journal system DIPS.

The Security and Service Department — the Journal Archive Section at Akershus University Hospital (Ahus) is responsible for scanning and classifying documents that are set up during a patient's treatment and that do not come electronically into the patient journal system DIPS. The current system consists of some manual and automatic processes.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a new contract that makes work processes even more efficient, improves quality and patient safety and that provides an optimum joint system, which can see to the department's functions and needs.

The system must mainly consist of as many automatic processes as possible.

The procurement includes both a procurement contract and a maintenance contract. The procurement contract is a standing leasing contract. The Contracting Authority will lease the services for as long as the system is in use. The maintenance contract will have a length that is equivalent to the use length.
