The subject of the public procurement contract is more precisely defined in the technical Document Procurement of Equipment for the Digitalization Center: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE AWARD OF A PROCEDURE

Object of the procurement Procurement of equipment for the Digitization Center, which includes:
• Hardware equipment (scanners, workstations) with related software and installation to the client's site
O according to the specification defined in the document Procurement of equipment for the center for digitization: Technical specifications and all necessary materials for installation; • O user andtechnical documentation for all the software to be supplied; o Installation, configuration and implementation in production (in the environment for regular use) of hardware and related software. to the location and to the subscriber's system; o O education (training) of users for the use of the purchased equipment two (2) times in six (6) hours. An additional day (4 hours) of education (training) after two months-
Equipment training:
- Equipment administration, - - Basic equipment service and error identification, - - Changing and creating workflows of digitization,
- Importing and manipulating material,
- Convert formats,
- Material verification and creating reports, - - Administration of usableucts, groups and all rights.

- Collecting and Processing material

• Advanced software for supportoperation of the center for the digitization and installation of the server system at the site of the client
• Warranty for the delivered hardware and software for 3 years with the removal of the error at the location of the client (3-3-3). • • Provision of original spare parts for at least 7 years after the expiration of the warranty.
• Driver updates and updates at least until the end of the warranty period
