The subjectthe public procurement is the provision of air tickets in the country and abroad for the needs of the Diplomatic Institute with the Minister of Foreign Affairs

1. The participant should hold a valid registration in the Tour Operator Register and Travel Agents according to Art. 61 of the Tourism Act or be a person under Art. 62 of the Law on Tourism

Participants declare the existence of the minimum requirementThe participant shall prove the required minimum requirement by a certified copy of a valid registration document in the Register of Tour Operators and Travel Agents under Art. 61 of the Tourism Act or be a person under Art. 62 of the Tourism Act. The participant has the right to issue airline tickets for airlines operating direct flights from and to BULGARIA represented in the Billing Settl(BSP) or an equivalent international air settlement system with which the participant operates at the time of submission of tenders

Participants declare the presence of the minimum requirement in the EDEDOP

Participants shall prove the minimum requirement by a certified copy of a document (including an extract or printout from BSP Link) certifying valid authorization nand the Billing Settlement BSP (BSP) / BSP Link Participant for direct flights from and to BULGARIA for which the Participant is authorized on the date of submission of the Billing Settlement Plan (BSP) or equivalent document, verifying the valid authorization of the participant to work in the Billing Settlement Plan (BSP) system; copy policy to validinsurance issued by a licensed insurance company against the risk of non-payment by means of the Billing Settlement Plan (BSP) or the minimum coverage equivalent. The participant should be a member or an accredited agent of the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Participants declare the presence of the minimum requirement in the ENEDOP.

Participants prove the required minimum requirednot by a certified copy of a document certifying the membership or accreditation of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Participant for the sale of Air Tickets

The Contracting Authority will accept equivalent documents issued by bodies established in other Member States

for non-residents, they should be entered in the relevant trade and / or profession• The participant must have a valid mandatory liability "Tour Operator's Responsibility" in accordance with Article 97 of the Tourism Act or equivalent according to the law of the country in which the applicant or participant is established Participants declare the presence of the minimum requirement in the EDEDOPs prove a minimum requirement with a copy of a valid compulsory insurance "Liability of the tour operator" in accordance with the Law on Tourism or equivalent according to the law of the State in which the candidate or tenderer is established.
