The subject of the public procurement is providing air tickets and hotel accommodation in the country and abroad for the needs of the Regional Center for the Protection of the intangible cultural heritage of Southeast Europe under the auspices of UNESCO. The participant should ownvalid registration in the Register of Tour Operators and Travel Agents under Art. 61 of the Tourism Act or be a person under Art. 62 Participants declare the minimum requirement in the enEEDOP

Participants shall prove the minimum requirement by means of a certified copy of a valid registration document in the Register of Tour Operators and Travel Agents pursuant to Art.62 of the Law on Tourism.61 of the Tourism Act or be a person under Art. 62 of the Tourism Act. The participant is entitled to issue airline tickets for airlines operating direct flights to and from BULGARIA submitted to the Billing Settlement Plan (BSP) or equivalent international air transport settlement system with which the participant works at the date of submission of the offers

Participants declare• The participants demonstrate the minimum requirement through a certified copy of a document (including a statement or printout from BSP Link) certifying a valid Bilingual User Plan for Billing Settlement Plan (BSP) / BSP Link of Airlines, operating directly from and to BULGARIA, for which the participant is authorized on the date of the(BSP) or an equivalent document certifying a valid Billing Settlement Plan (BSP) entitlement to the Billing Settlement Plan (BSP); a copy of a policy of a valid insurance issued by a licensed insurance company against the risk of non-payment via the Billing Settlement Plan (BSP) or the minimum coverage equivalent. ParticipateThe Participant shall certify the Minimum Requirement in the EEA by the Participant proving the Minimum Requirement by a certified copy of a document certifying the membership or accreditation of the Participant to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) for the sale of airline ticketswill accept equivalent documents issued by bodies established in other Member States

In the case of participants for non-residents, they should be entered in the relevant trade and / or professional register according to the law of the Member State in which they are established • The participant must have a valid mandatory "Tour Operator's Responsibility" insurance in the correspondingwith Art. 97 of the Law on Tourism or equivalent according to the legislation of the country in which the applicant or participant is established

Participants declare the presence of the minimal exertion in the EDEDOP
