2. The subject matter of the order is the provision of booking, sale and delivery services for domestic and international air tickets as well as policies for the University of Gdańsk.
3. The subject of the order is described in Annex No. 1 and to the SIWZ description of the order.
4. The contracting authority informs that during the implementationThe contract may include orders that will be paid for from EU, foreign and domestic projects. The Employer provides in Annex No. 7 (to SIWZ) a list of projects currently being carried out at the University of Gdańsk. New projects may also be launched during the contract period.
5. The contract with the selected Contractor will be signed on the gross value which the Contracting Authority allocates for implementationorders. Immediately before the opening of the bids, the Contracting Authority will give the amount it intends to spend to finance the order. The Employer does not specify in the above scope any requirements that the Contractor is required to demonstrate in a special way. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings under Art. 24 sec. 1 and usVol. 5 of the Act - 3. In the case of Contractors applying jointly for the award of a contract pursuant to art. 23 sec. 1 of the Act, the conditions for participation in the proceedings set out in point 1 sub-point 2) and 3) should be fulfilled by at least one of these Contractors or all of the Contractors jointly.
4. The Contractor may, in order to confirm compliance with the conditions referred to in point 1 items 2) and 3), rely on the ability toentities in accordance with art. 22a of the Act. In this case, the Contractor acts in accordance with the provisions in Chapter VII. c) Your data personal data will be processed: - on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. c) the GDP for the purpose of the public procurement contract in the case related to the present proceedingsof the unlimited tender,
- pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) GDP - after the selection of the most advantageous offer - for the purpose of the performance of the contract concluded as a result of the resolution of the abovementioned conduct to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the person to whom the data pertains prior to the conclusion of the contract. d) The recipients of your personal data will be persons or entities to whomthe documentation of proceedings based on art. 8 and art. 96 para. 3 of the Act of 29.1.2004. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579 and 2018), hereinafter the "PPL Act" and based on the provisions of Articles 8, 10 and 11 of the Act of 6. .9.2001 on access to public information (ie the Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1764 with later amendments).
