Workroads for repair of road infrastructure and pedestrian walkways in Sector 5 Bucharest for a total of 344 streets, with a total length of 77.02 km.

Economic operators, supporting third parties and subcontractors (if any) should not be present in the situations stipulated in art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. In this respect, the economic operators, third parties supportedor the subcontractors (if any), will file with the DUAE a statement of the conflict of interests.

Economic operators, third parties and subcontractors (if any) should not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. The way in which the fulfillment of the pr requirements can be demonstrated• The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder placed on the first place in the rankings completed at the end of the evaluationof the bids.

Proofs of documents:

1) Constable certificate regarding the lack of outstanding debts, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of the presentation of the certifying certificate. Tax certificate on taxes and fees issued by the competent tax authority for the registered office, secondary offices, preas well as for the work places for which there are obligations to pay the taxes, social security taxes and social security contributions, which show that the economic operator has no due debts to the state budget when presenting the tax certificate. If one or more points of business of the bidder do not qualify for tax and dutieslocal, a statement will be made under its own responsibility; 2) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement; 3) The judicial record of the economic operator and of each member of the administrative, management or supervisory bodyghether of the economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 4) Other editorial documents.

For foreign legal persons: the operator economic entity will provide editorial documents issued by the authorities of the country of origin (certificates, criminal records)yea, other equivalent documents) to result in membership / registration with organs in that country proving that he has fulfilled his obligations to pay taxes, duties and contributions to the budget. Documents will be translated by an authorized translator, the language of the offer being Romanian.

If in the country of origin or in the country where the offer is madethere is no legal provision regarding the declaration on own responsibility, an authentic declaration is accepted before a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association with competence in this respect.

Motivation: according to the legal provisions in force, in the field of public procurement, economic operators, regardless of the form of participation, they must prove that they are not found in the situations provided by art. 60, art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.

The tenderer must submit information on the global turnover in the last three years : 2017, 2016, 2015. The bidder is required to have a turnover of at least 165 867 017.27 RON.
