Tulcea County through the Tulcea County Council implements the project "Modernization of the regional transport infrastructure on the Visina - Ceamurlia de Sus ", co-financed by the Structural Funds-through the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis 6: Improvement of regional infrastructure infrastructure, Investment Priority 6.1, Stimulation of regional mobility by connecting the secondary and tertiary nodes to ten-t infrastructure, including multimodal nodes. The overall objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of rural and urban areaswe are located near the TEN-T corridor (Constanţa - Tulcea - Braila) through the modernization of the DJ222 Visina - Ceamurlia de Sus county road route., Tulcea County.

The works to be executed are those described in the specifications and the technical project. Overall objective of the projectModernization of the regional transport infrastructure on the Visina - Ceamurlia de Sus route is increasing the accessibility of the rural and urban areas in the proximity of the TEN-T corridor (Constanta - Tulcea - Braila) through the modernization of the DJ222 Visina - Ceamurlia de Sus county road route. The execution of the works will be done on the basis of the Written Technical Technical Project and the part drawn with robserving the legislation in force on quality in construction. Modernization of the regional transport infrastructure on the DJ 222, Visina - Ceamurlia de Sus route, km 56 773 - km 81 921 on a length of 25.148 km, a county road that is on the administrative territory of Tulcea county, without occupying additional land plots or to be expropriated or demolished. Project workThe projects provided by the project consist mainly of: the unloading of the roadside edges with an inadequate technical condition, where appropriate; repairing damage such as burdens and edge bumps; making cassettes for extending the existing road; making a foundation from the materials, granulating or completing the existing foundation with granular materials; realtwo-layer bitumen coatings; arrangement of pluvial collection and drainage systems. Number of days to which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submitting bids: 20 days. To the extent that requests for clarification or additional information have been addressed within the deadline set forth in the contract notice, the Authority's replythe tenderer will be sent 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

A.1) The tenderer will prove that he does not comply with the situations provided by art. 164, art. 165, art. 167 of Public Procurement Act 98/2016.

Tenderers, associate bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art.. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The European Unique Acquisition Document (DUAE) will be presented separately, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 193 of Law no. 98/2016, by the economic operators participating in the award procedure (leader, associates, third parties and subcontractors) filled in with the information related to their situation and signed accordingly with the electronic signature.-The declaration by which the tenderer certifies that it does not comply with the provisions of art. 164 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will fill in the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form in the awarding documentation, in accordance with the provisions of art. 193 of Law no. 98/2016, with information related to his / her situation; 2) Statement of Attentionfailing to comply with the provisions of art. 165 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will fill in the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form in the awarding documentation, in accordance with the provisions of art. 193 of Law no. 98/2016, with information related to its situation; 3) Statement regarding the non-compliance with the provisions of art. 167 of Law no.98 / 2016.
