The public procurement contract subject shall be goods 'Fractioned aggregates (second time)', as follows:
Granulated crushed stone — GRIT, fraction 0-4 mm, of limestone origin, dedusted:
No description of position unit of measurement total quantity:
1) Granulated crushed stone — GRIT Tonne 15.500.
Minimal technical specifics:
1) Stone origin limestone;
2) Fraction 0-4 mm.
Granulometric composition:
3) Presence of particles smaller than 0, 09 mm 9 % of the total fraction mass;
4) Presence of particles smaller than 0, 25 mm 18 % of the total fraction mass;
5) Presence of particles smaller than 0, 71 mm 40 % of the total fraction mass.
Meeting of quality standards:
1) MKS EN 1097-6: 2014 or equivalent;
2) MKS EN 933-1: 2013 or equivalent.
The technical specifics shall be proven by submission of the statement on properties with grade (2+) for constancy of properties in accordance with the law on construction products (No 104/2015, No 192/2015 and No 53/2016).
The transport of the requested materials shall be included in the price.
*Optionally, we can request prove that the E.O. possesses the relevant dedusting equipment.
Certificate for registered activity establishing that the operator is registered as a natural person or a legal entity to perform the activity related to the public procurement contract subject or proof of membership to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration of the respective economic operator.
Attached to the tender, the tenderer shall also submit an electronically signed statement for seriousness of the tender, whilst using the statement form provided in attachment to the tender documentation. If the provided statement for seriousness of the tender is breached, it shall result into exclusion from the further procedure and issuance of a negative reference against such tenderer and in accordance with the requirements prescribed in the law on public procurement.
For each individual lot of the contract subject, separate electronic auction shall be conducted through the electronic public procurement system (https://www.e-nabavki.gov.mk).
The subject of each auction shall be the total cost including all costs and discounts and import customs duties, without VAT for the public procurement contract subject.
The tender sent through the EPPS should be electronically signed by the economic operator with a digital certificate.
The tender of the economic operator must be accompanied by accompanying documentation which shall be used to prove the following:
— potential reasons for exclusion from the procedure,
— qualitative selection requirements.
