The purpose of this contract is to organize and conduct packaging, removal, transport and installation of works presented in 4 of the 6 exhibitions organized by the Reunion des Mus-es Metropolitains, namely:

The purpose of this contract isthe organization and management of the packaging, removal, transport and installation services for the works presented in four of the six exhibitions organized by the Reunion des Mus-es Metropolitains, namely:

- at the Museum of Fine Arts, Francois Depeaux, the man with 600 paintings and La Vie en Couleur by Antonin Personnaz,

- at the ceramic museum, Camille Moreau-Nelaton,

- at the museum d'hnatural history, the secret Herbarium of Giverny,

- and industrial museum of Corderie Vallois, fashion in the time of the Impressionists.

Crinolines and hats! The expected service relates to the round-trip transport and the manufacture of the cases if necessary as well as the hanging of certain works. This contract consists of a firm tranche and 23 optional tranches.

- TO 0023: made available to the installation team, including possible accommodation and transport costs. For 10 days / man the services, subject of thismarket, will be financed by the budget of the community. They will be remunerated under the conditions set by the rules of public accounting. The sums due to the holder (s) and the possible first-tier subcontractor (s) of the contract will be paid within an overall period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoices or equivalent payment requests. An advance ofe 5% is granted to the holder when the initial amount of the firm installment is greater than 50, 000 EUR HT and insofar as the execution time is greater than 2 months, unless otherwise indicated in the act of engagement. All documents submitted by candidates must be written in French. This obligation also relates to all technical documents justifying the conformity of an produced to a non-French quality standard or mark, the equivalence of which is subject to the discretion of the contracting authority.
