Internal and external handling and transfer services for the needs of the Courts of the Paris Court of Appeal.

Internal and external handling and transfer services pfor the needs of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.

The market is a market with purchase orders without commitment on minimum or maximum amounts.

Candidates must have carried out, after having previously removed the file of consultation of the companies and under penalty of admissibility of their offer, a compulsory visit of the following sites:

- the Courthouse ofParis, the Tribunal de Paris, the Tribunal de grande instance de Bobigny, the Tribunal de grande instance at Creteil. It is therefore incumbent on each candidate to take, as soon as possible, an appointment with:

It will be issued a certificate attesting tothis visit, certificate signed by the administration that each candidate must join his offer, under penalty of admissibility of the offer. During or after this visit, it is up to the candidates to request any information they deem useful to the representative of the administration. As a result, each candidate will be reputed to be perfectly familiar with the constraintsthe consistency of the services to be performed and prohibits any subsequent claims. For the other sites below, candidates will be able to make an optional visit if they wish to make their offer. These are to be requested before the date of 31.10.2018.
