Provision of public transport services for bus passengers for the period 2020 2030 - Region II (PLZEŇSKY KRAJ NORTHERN)

The subject of public procurement is the performance of public transport services for public transport passengers line transport for the purpose of ensuring the transport service of the Pilsen Region for the period 2020--2030 and for area II (PLZEŇSKY KRAJ SEVER) in accordance with the Act No. 129/2000 Coll., On the Lands, as amended, and Act No. 194/2010 Coll., On public services in the transport of passengers and on the amendment of other laws, in the wording of later regulations.

The subject of public procurement is the performance of public transport servicesthrough public transport for the purpose of securing the transport service of the Pilsen Region for the period 2020 2030 and for zone II (PLZEŇSKY KRAJ SEVER) in accordance with the Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on the Lands, as amended, and Act No. 194 / 2010 Coll., On public services in the transport of passengers and on the amendment of other laws, in the wording of later regulations.

The subject of the public procurement is easierspecified in the documentation of the contracting management and their attachments.

The contractor, pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act, proves the fulfillment of professional competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listing or other similarly to the register, if another legal regulation requires such entry. accordance with Section 77 (2) of the (a) the law requires the supplier to furnish proof that he isthe contracting authority requires the supplier to submit the relevant trade license or license, at least for the trade Road transport - personally operated by vehicles designed for transport of more than 9 persons, including driver or its equivalent.

The Contracting Authority, in accordance with - 73 of the ZZVZ, requires the proof of economic qualification pursuant to - 78 of the Act on the Protection of Competition.

The Contracting Authority in accordance with Section 41 of the Act requires the provision of a security of CZK 10 000 000.
