Provision of public transport services for passengers in bus transport for the period 2019 2029 - area IV (Jablonecko)

The purpose of this introductory management is to ensure the performance of public services in the transport of passengers by public transport for the purpose of ensuring the traffic service of the Liberecke region for the period 10 transport flights with assumed beginning from 20.4.2019 to day pThe subject of this introductory management is to ensure the performance of public services in the transport of public transport passengers in order to ensure the traffic service of the Liberecke region for a period of 10 transport years with the anticipated starting date of 20.4. .2019 to the day before the end of the day(see annex 2 of the documentation of the introductory management)

The contractor pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act No. 134/2016 (hereinafter referred to as "the Contractor" Sb. (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") proves the fulfillment of professional competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listingotherwise, a record, if another legal regulation requires it to be entered in such records.

Submitter in accordance with - 77, paragraph 2, letter. (a) the law requires the Contractor to furnish proof that he is entitled to engage in the scope of the subject matter of a public contract, unless otherwise required by law.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit a trade license or license accordingly;at least for the trade Road transport - personally operated by vehicles designed to carry more than 9 persons including the driver or its equivalent

The contracting entity does not require proof of economic qualification according to - 78 of the ZZVZ in accordance with - 73 of the ZZVZ. "the following subcriteria, which specified the following weightings:

PK1 - Subsidiary vehicles - 40%

PK2 - Percentage of vehicles equipped with air conditioning for the passenger - 20%

PK3 - Vehicle units equipped with information systems - 40%
