Electronic open tender for the selection of contractor for the provision of transport services, single conveying containers of the container type

Provision of transport services for single conveyor containers, for the needs of the Directorate for the Rehabilitation of the Natural Disasters of Central Greece (Δ26), of the Ministry Infrastructure and Transport, for a period of 2 yearsyears from the signing of the contract, with the right of extension for 1 year.

Provision of transport services for single conveyor containers, for the needs of the Directorate of Rehabilitation of the Natural Disasters of Central Greece (Δ26), of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, for a period of 2 years from the signing of the contract, with the right to extend for one year, subject to the award criterionthe most economically advantageous tender on a price basis as a single discount rate on the Agency's invoice.

Economic operators involved in this procedure are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the services to be provided. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European UnionAre required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers maintained in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC.or to third countries not covered by the preceding indent and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.in the case of this contract award procedure, the economic operators are required to be excluded from exclusion, having:

1) average annual turnover for the last 3 financial years of at least EUR 160 000.00. ) civil and / or professional liability insurance contract, for loading, transport and landing services, at least 100 000, 00 EUR.
