The acquisition is aimed at student transport to Leivonmaa and Joutsan.
There are two (2) different route alternatives in the offer options and the subscriber reserves the right to choose the most economical and most efficient option. The route alternatives are in Appendix 3 to the call for tenders
The requirements set by the law:
The traffic safety organization carries out the transportation of pupils and the Ministry of Transport and Communications in accordance with the Regulation on the loading and unloading of rail and tramway transportation by the Ministry of Transport and Communications (553/2006). In addition, the transport companies must comply with the requirements of the Taxi Act (217/2007) and the Public Transport Act (869/2009) as appropriate. Liikennoeitsijae takes care of the fact that the vehicles are equipped with an alcohol lock on the basis of the Act of 1 August 2011 (1110/2010). The Traffic Engineer is under obligation to provide information on the vehicle's alcohol check before signing the contract.and to investigate the criminal offense of defamation, Section 3 of Act No. 504/2002). Myoes Subscriber has the right, under Section 54 of the Procurement Act, to ask a solicitor to clear off the criminal record during the procurement procedure at the risk of being subjected to a hylaetaea, Michael's request for liquidation is not delivered. An estimate of the extract from the criminal record issued by the competent authority of the place where the supplier is established.
