The municipality of Coevorden and Borger-Odoorn wish to jointly conclude a framework agreement for the supply of road salt and sodium chloride for slipperiness control. Site: Municipality of Coevorden and Municipality of Borger - Odoorn.

Company liability insurance.

The tenderer must be adequately insured for liability by means of a company liability insurance policy. This insurance mustt cover at least EUR 100 000 per event and at least two (2) events per calendar year

As proof of this declaration, the intended contractor is requested to provide the following information to the contracting authority: - A valid policy schedule of the applicable Company liability;

- If it is not possible to present a valid policy schedule, it is permitted to do son present a valid insurance certificate showing that the insurer is insured as well as the amounts for which the insurer is insured

Financial information

The tenderer must also be a stable company, which can guarantee its continuity. To this end, the tenderer must be in a position to, if the tenderer is awarded the contract, a (most) recent audit firm.to issue a statement of approval without a continuity paragraph. This section will only be taken into account by the accountant if he fears the (economic and financial) continuity of the bidders company
