Roundabout at 1, 391.91 km at T-Sport and SOPS Modletice, including a walkway to BUS

The building is to build a roundabout on the II / 101 road in Modletice. The roundabout is designed on road II / 101 in the village of Modletice, at the exit point to the T-sport area and the Aquasped area. By building a roundabout, the lands can be connected to meroad II / 101 and the Prague ring road. Within the framework of the construction, the company is designed from the existing bus stop on the II / 101 road to the newly designed roundabout. The proposed roundabout completes the 4 - arm on the intersection of the II / 101 intersection and the exit to the T-sport area in the village of Modletice. The path of the proposed corridor is green. According to road II / 101, there are ground ditches that are ininstead of the roundabout, it is led by the culvert to the ground ditch, which serves to drain the rainwater into the Dobřejovice stream. In the designed solution, the surface of the roundabout is completed with dewatering elements, which are discharged into the ground ditches. The building is designed at the request of the municipality of Modletice and corresponds to UP municipality M.

a) Excerpt from the Commercial Register or other similar register, see Section 77 (1) of the Act,

b) Proof of Entitlement to Entrepreneurship in the scope corresponding to the subject of the Public Contract, see Section 77 (2) (a) (eg a document proving a trade license or license), especially for the following fields of activity:of heats, their changes and remediation,

c) proof of professional competence, see - 77 par. c) zakona, namely the certificate of authorization issued under the Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects and on the performance of the profession of authorized engineers and technicians active in the construction, in the wording of later regulations, or other similar document issued in another country than in the Czech Republic, which in this countrythe country authorizes its holder in the above mentioned field to perform the above mentioned activities and which is in accordance with Act No. 18/2004 Coll., on the recognition of professional qualifications, for the individual below mentioned persons through whom the Supplier ensures professional competence:

d) For proof of professional competence, see Section 77 (2) p. (c) zakona, and the stockholders authorized for the execution of the landof Measurement Activities pursuant to Section 13 of Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on Surveying and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts Related to Its Implementation, as amended, or similarly issued in another country than in the Czech Republic, which in this other country authorizes its the holder to verify the results of surveying activities in the above-mentioned range
