- Solvent-based single component paint (600 micron wet layer thickness), including compatible auxiliaries, diluent and reflective microbes, - Two-component methyl methacrylate paint (thickness s3, 000 6, 000 microns) including auxiliary materials, dust and liquid hardener, compatible reflective microbes and cleaning agent for tools and equipments

- Two-component colored paint based on methyl methacrylate (thickness 2 000 5 000 microns ) including auxiliary materials, dust hardener,

- Thermoplastic preforms (thickness 3, 000 microns) with auxiliary materialsilliquid, primer and reflective compatible microbes

The maximum and minimum quantities according to the annex to the tender specifications

The value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded: 800 000 RON without VAT

The contracting authority will answer clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information 10 days before the deadline for submitting bids. operatorseconomic operators may submit requests for clarification at least 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

The economic operators (tenderers / third parties / subcontractors) must not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The economic operators (tenderers / third parties / subcontractors) participants in the award procedure willthe DUAE shall be informed of the situation.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE shall be submitted at the request of the contracting authority only by the bidder ranked first following the application of the award criterion. The supporting documents, which prove the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE, are:

- Bountythe judiciary of the economic operator and of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within the economic operator, as follows from the certificate issued by the ONRC / act constitutive,

Note:

(a) For foreign economic operators, the provisions of Art. 168 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. Documents will be presented accompanied by authorized translation, (b) If there are uncertainties, the economic operator must prove that they have the professional capacity to perform the activities covered by the contract (the object of the contract must have a correspondent in the main CAEN code or secondary from the Finder Certificate.)

In casein which the successful tenderer has met the requirements of the awarding documentation using the resources of a supporting third party, the contracting authority shall include in the framework agreement / specific contract specific clauses in accordance with the provisions of art. 50 from H.G. 395/2016 updated.

If more than one economic operator participates in the award procedure, the fulfillment of the criteriatechnical and professional capacity is demonstrated by taking into account the resources of all the members of the group and the contracting authority requires them to jointly answer for the execution of the public procurement / framework agreement. This requirement will be included in the association agreement, which will be legalized if the association is declared
