The contract aims to purchase the rehabilitation and modernization works of DJ 131 county road, located in Covasna county., between the town of Baraolt and the boundary with Harghita county, on the portion between km 22 830-38 564.

Annual general turnover. Total annual turnover for the last three years(2017, 2018, 2019). The bidder must demonstrate that the total annual turnover was at least RON 12 000 000 in each of the financial years for 2017, 2018 and 2019.

If two or more offers are ranked first with equal scores, the division will be done taking into account the score obtained on the evaluation factors in descending order of the pontheir duties. In case the equality is maintained, the contracting authority has the right to request new financial proposals and the winning bid will be designated the one with the smallest financial proposal, according to the provisions of art. 139 para. (3) of the GD no. 395/2016, with the following additions and modifications.
