The object of the project is to improve the EO section. Larissa - Trikala, from Terpsitheas Subway to Rachoulas Subway about 5.50 km.

Main Site: Within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Larissa. Larissa of the Region of Thessaly

The auction budget of the project amounts to EUR 18 911 290.32 and breaks down to:

Project Cost: 14 570 315.75 EUR

Overheads and benefits of the contractor (GE): EUR 2 622 656.84

Unforeseen (9% of the cost of the works and the budget of GE): 1 547 EUR 367.53, consumed in accordance with the provisions of article 156, paragraph 3. (a) of Law 4412/2016 106.200, 00, with accounts with GG

The above amount is foreseen to be revised to EUR 64 750.20 according to article 153 of Law 4412/2016.

As far as suitability is concerned, in order to pursue a professional activity, economic operators are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept in their State of establishment. Specifically bidders established in GREECE are required to be registered with the Contracting Companies Register (MEEP) in the project category (s) of Article 21present. Bidders established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in the Registries in Annex XI to Appendix A of Law 4412/2016. Equity excludes equity amounts for which their payment and certification process has not been completed.all supervisory authorities.

(ii) value of real estate of at least EUR 135 000.00. Property includes privately owned and investment real estate, and land, land, buildings, mines, mines, quarries and farms are counted as real estate.

Iii) value of mechanical equipment of at least EUR 135 000.00 Machinery and vehicles are considered as mechanical equipmenta, related to the construction of technical works, including hardware, but not other office equipment. As a fixed asset, the sum of the property and equipment as defined above (cf. ii and iii) is defined.sections 99 and 100 of Law 3669/2008, as amended and in force.

Especially contracting companies registered in the SCE shall not exceed the maximum permissible limits of the contractual balance in accordance with the specific as defined in article 20 (4) of Law 3669/2008, as applicable.

If for reasons of force majeure or for technical reasons, cracking on the designated day or if no tender has been submitted to this date, the opening and closing date, respectively, shall be postponed to any other day by decision of the contracting authority. This decision shall be notified to the tenderers, through the functionality, at least five (5) working days before the new date, and shall be posted to the EUMM, KHIMUS and the contracting authority`s website (if available), as well as the dedicated, publicly accessible site of the ESIDES portal www.promitheus.gov.gr. Although this new date does not allow Opening tenders or not submitting tenders, a new date may be set, applicable in accordance with the other provisions of the previous two paragraphs.
