The project belongs to the category of road works. The works concern the repair, maintenance and restoration of road damage (local damage, pavement healing, deformation, cracking, sedimentation, rolling), the vertical-and horizontal marking, deforestation and removal of undesirable vegetation, repair and maintenance of techniques, cleaning of drainage pipes and wells and in general, improvement of safety measures of National Road 2, competence of the Ministry of the Environment. Main site: Various points on National Highway 2, from Derveni to the boundaries of N. Kavalas.

The project belongs to the categoryof road works. The works concern the repair, maintenance and repair of road damage (local damage, pavement healing, deformation, cracking, sedimentation, rolling), vertical and horizontal marking, deforestation and removal of undesirable vegetation, repair and maintenance of techniques, drainage ducts and drainage wells and cin particular, to improve the safety measures of National Road 2, which is responsible for the It is to be noted that the physical and financial subject of the tendered works should not be substantially altered during the execution of the contract, according to the provisions of par. 4 of article 132 of Law 4412/2016. There is a possibility to change only under the conditions of articles 132 and 156 v. 4412As regards the suitability for the pursuit of the professional activity, economic operators are required to be registered in the relevant professional register maintained in their State of establishment. Especially tenderers established in Greece are required to be enrolled in the Register of Contractors (MEEP) in the project categories of Article 21 of the present. Tenderers established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered with the Registers of Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In terms of economic and financial capacity, economic operators are required when submitting the financial statement offer at least the economic and financialas defined in Article 100 of Law 3669/2008, as amended and currently in force, and in particular paragraph 6 thereof, for those who are active in the Road Construction category. Shall not exceed the maximum permissible ceilings for unutilized contract work, in accordance with the-Article 20 (4) of Law 3669/2008, as in force.

In particular, economic operators not established in Greece should have at least the same economic and financial capacity as defined above, and in particular those referred to in paragraphs 6b, 6c and 6d of article 100 of Law 3669/2008, as amended by article 107 of law 4199 / 2013.
