Work decomposes in 17 lots separes and in 1 slice farm and 4 optional slices consist of:
Main Site: Lycee Bellevue - 98 rue du Roc - 81000 Albi.
- firm slice: travasbestos removal, asbestos removal, drywall and fl uids in the gymnasium, asbestos removal work in the sanitary facilities of the home,
- optional installment 1: asbestos removal work, earthenware, fluid conduits,
- optional slice 4: asbestos removal work.
- declaration on the honor into justify that the tenderer does not raise a reason for exclusion from the procurement procedure mentioned in Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-11 of the code of the public order,
- information concerning the economic operator ( identical to Part II of the e-dume).
- statement concerning the overall turnover (excluding taxes) and the turnover of the area of activity making themarket price (excluding taxes), last 3 years available,
- proof of professional risk insurance.
The total estimated value indicated in II.1.5) above includes all the installments.
The deadlines for Performance of all the lots for each of the tranches are as follows:
- firm tranche: 17 months,
- optional installment 1: 7 months,
- optional installment 2: 3 months,
- tranche optional 3: 3 months,
- optional installment 4: 3 months.
As a preliminary the work should begin:
- the 1/4/2020 for the slice firm,
- the 1/9/2021 for the slice optional 1,
- the 1/6/2021 for the optional slice 2,
- the 1/6/2021 for the optional slice 3,
- the 1/9/2021 for the optional slice 4.
The time limit for execution, as well as the projected start dates andat the end of each lot for each installment, is fixed in the provisional schedule for the execution of works attached in the consultation documents
The contracting authority shall make available to tenderers the full consultation file (including the electronic waybill and plans) on its dematerialisation platform at the following addressnte: http: //splmpc.achatpublic.com
The documents of the consultation will not be made available to the tenderers in paper form or electronic physical medium, with the exception of the plans, which can be obtained according to these modalities under the conditions specified in the regulation of the consultation,
