Meal-cooking services.

Electronic public over-the-threshold public tender, with open procedures and criterion the most economically advantageous tender, on the basis of an optimal price-quality ratio, for the awarding of a student concession to the restaurant, for feeding-of the students of the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, for the period from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2021.

Participation Guarantee as provided by article 72 of Law 4412 / 2016 and Articles 2.1.5 and 2.2.2 respectively of this Invitation.

Letter of Guarantee, amounting to EUR 60 483, 88. {The warranty-of participation may not exceed 2% of the estimated value of the contract excluding VAT (see paragraph 1, paragraph 1 of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016)

In the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators involved in the association.

The participation guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the expiration of the term.of the tender in article 2.4.5 hereof, otherwise the offer is rejected.

The letter of guarantee is submitted in hard copy (original) within 3 working days of the electronic submission. It is noted that this obligation does not apply to electronic warranties (eg securities issued by TMEDE), which carry an advanced digital signature.the performance of a performance guarantee under Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, amounting to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, is required and lodged before or signing the contract.
