More detailed information• The applicant must meet the conditions for the person's personal status under - 32 par. 1 Act No.343 / 2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act) pursuant to Section 32 or Section 152 of the Public Procurement Act. In the case of a tenderer who creates a group of suppliersthe public procurement is required to prove the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the individual personal status for each member of the group separately.
Conditions for the recognition of personal status pursuant to - 32 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act refers to all parts of the subject matter of the order.
Note:
The fulfillment of the condition of the participation under - 32 par. 1 letter. e) The Procurement Act is proved by a member of the Group-only in relation to that part of the subject of the order to ensure it. A person pursuant to Section 8 requires the submission of documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of a person's status in the original or as a certified true copy of these documents.
