Les prestations sont reparties en 7 Work Packages:

— WP1: antibody sequencing and molecular cloning, production of recombinant antibodies,

— WP2: production and purification of 300 mg recombinant antibody,

— WP3: production of 6 chimeric mAbs benchmark mAb for in vivo studies (50mg scale),

— WP4: humanization of 3 mAbs candidates,

— WP5: determination of affinity by any relevant technology (SPR, interferometry, etc.) on recombinant target of interest (up to 48 humanization variants),

— WP6: proin vitro and in vivo studies (50 mg scale),

- WP7: production and purification of 400 mg recombinant humanized antibody.

The technical merit criterion of the offer will be assessed according to the following weighted criteria- the quality of the human resources selected: organization chart, detailed profile (qualification, experience) and detailed role of each presenter (40%), - quality of the methodology used (40%), - quality of resources materials and tools implemented (20%).
