(18254) 704 Optimizing Counseling for Job Seekers in the ORP

The compensation body of the unemployment insurance (SECO-TC) is the body responsible for unemployment insurance onthe federal plan. SECO-TC is putting forward a project aimed at optimizing the advice given by the RFOs to jobseekers. The RFO Board will be well equipped to deal with future challenges.

The proof of qualification listed below must be provided in its entirety and without restriction or modification at the same time as the offer, otherwise it will not enter into the matter on the list. :

CA01: Economic / Financial Capacity

The Bidder has the economic and financial capacity to fulfill the mandate.

Extrait is not more than 3 months old at the time the adjudicator so requests. For foreign bidders, equivalent foreign official document recently issued.

NB: the contracting authority checks the excerpts of the central index of commercial reasons (www.zefix.ch) in electronic format.

For foreign bidders, extract from the register trade or doequivalent official foreign document.

Such proof shall be provided only at the request of the successful tenderer after the submission of the tender and before the award of the contract.

If the tender includes subcontractors, the supporting documents must be provided for all the companies concerned

CA02: experience in the field of training in consulting

The tenderer has 2 mandates references of projects:

- involving persons currently employed by the tenderer,

- in the field of periodic and applied training / coaching of advisers or coaches,

- and for whom more than 10 this nature has been achieved.

Only project / mandate references that have not been completed by 2013.

Projects / mandatesin progress are allowed. However, the tenderer or his subcontractor must provide services for at least 6 months.

By way of justification, the references requested must be described in Annex 6. References of subcontractors are also admitted. adjudicator reserves the right to contact the contact (s) indicated. The person proposed by the tenderer for the analysis of the council has less a reference in the scientific analysis of counseling situations and techniques.

Additional information: Project implementation is subject to the condition that an appropriate offer be found for both lots. The acquisition will be subject to the state of progress of the project and the availability of credits. Indication of the remedies: in accordance with Art. 30 LMP, the present publication may be attacked, within 20 days of its notification, at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box 9023 St. Gall. The appeal memorial, to be submitted in two copies, will indicate the conccopies, reasons and means of proof and shall bear the signature of the Appellant Party or its agent; a copy of this publication and the exhibits invoked as evidence will be attached, where available.
