1. The contractor who can apply for the order may applyare not subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 Public Procurement Law.

2. List of statements or documents confirming compliance with the conditions of participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion:

1) A statement in the form of a Single Document. The template of the Single Document is specified in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5.1.2016 establishing a standard form for a uniform Europeaniego of the order document (OJ L 3/16 of 6.1.2016).

7. The ordering party demands a deposit to be paid in highPLN 2, 800 PLN.

8. The minimum period in which the tenderer will be bound by the offer given in point IV.2.6 of the notice has been given for technical reasons in order to give an advertisement.
