1. Provision of specialized craft with a location in the port of Bourgas with the appropriate fire and towage equipment in accordance with the technical requirementsspecification and technical proposal of the contractor for performance of services related to participation in the execution of urgent emergency restoration works for prevention, limitation and elimination of danger, occurring in case of damage, accident or other marine casualty (sailing) with ships and craft with a gross tonnage of more than 300 BT in the harbor area of the Bourgas port areawith the territorial sea. Maintenance of permanent readiness for the duration of the contract for the performance of services related to participation in the execution of emergency emergency repair works for prevention, limitation and elimination of danger, occurring in case of damage, accident or other marine casualty (marine salvage) with ships and ships funds with a gross tonnage of more than 300 BT in the aquatic environment of nBourgas and the territorial sea. Implementation of marine salvage services for ships and vessels with gross tonnage over 300 GT in the waters of the Bourgas port and the territorial sea in accordance with the contractor's technical proposal

Participants should be entered in the Register of Port Operators within the meaning of Art. 117a and 117b of the Marine Pro LawInland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria (LMFMPRD) with the right to provide port services under Art. 116, para. 3, item 1 of the LMTMPRDB - "Towing" service - Proof:

The participants declare the conformity in Part IV "Selection Criteria", Section A of the ENEOPP, under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the PPA should provide evidence, namely-a certificate of registration of a port operator with the right to provide port services under Art. 116, para. 3, item 1 in relation to para. 2, item 1 of the LMWIRTWP: Maritime technical service "towage" in the ports located in the territorial competence of Maritime Administration Directorate - Bourgas

The participants have to have a minimum total turnover for the last 3 atthe participants declared the compliance in Part IV "Selection Criteria", Section B "Economic and Financial Condition" in the "Total Annual Turnover" section of the ENEOPP, as a result of which they were set up or started their activities. under the terms of Article 67 (5) and (6) of the Public Procurement Act, provide evidence with one or more of the following documents: annual finefinancial statements or parts thereof when required to be published or reference to the total turnover for the last 3 financial years ended (in a form)

In the case of unincorporated unincorporated entities, compliance with the selection criterion in terms of economic and the participant's financial standing is evidenced by the participating association

The open procedure may involve a participant, which meets the requirements of Art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and the requirements of the contracting authority. According to Art. 70 of the PPPP, when the designated person is an unincorporated association of natural persons and / or legal entities, before concluding the contract shall submit to the assignor a certified copy of a certificate for tax registration and registration under BULSTAT or equivalent documents according to the lawthe country in which the grouping is established. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom the conditions under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the conditions under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛТДС as well as circumstance under Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of the Acquired Property.

The assignor removes from participation in the- participants who are related parties within the meaning of - 1, item 13 of the Additional Provisions of the Public Offering of Securities Act, a participant who does not meet the selection criteria or fails to fulfill another condition specified in the public procurement announcement or in the documentation, - a tenderer who has submitted a tender which does not correspond to the pre-announced terms of the contract, - a participant who-has submitted an offer with a term of validity shorter than 4 (four) months or following a call from the contracting authority and has not extended the period of validity of its tender within a period specified therein, a tenderer whose bid exceeds that specified by the contracting authority estimated value of the order,

- a participant who has not submitted in due time information and documents according to the procedure under Art. 54, para. 8-10 of PPPPP on-incompleteness or factual error or inconsistency with the requirements for the personal status or the selection criteria, respectively, where the documents submitted by the participant do not remove the irregularity or do not meet the pre-announced conditions, a participant who has not submitted the justification under Art. 72, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act (when this procedure is applied) or whose offer has not been accepted according to Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act

Prior to the conclusion of the public procurement contract, the selected contractor shall submit the documents referred to in Art. 58 of the Public Procurement Act, to prove the lack of grounds for removal, unless relevant circumstances are available through a public free register or the information andaccess to it is granted by the competent authority of the contracting authority on its own initiative. Documents are submitted for each member of the participating grouping as well as for subcontractors and third parties, if any.

The participants declare the lack of grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria by presenting the enEEDOP. It shall provide the relevant information required inand the national databases or public registers containing information on the declared circumstances or the competent authorities which, under the law of the State in which the participant is established, are required to provide information on these circumstances of its own motion to the contracting entity. The participant demonstrates compliance with the selection criteria by submitting the ethe documents specified by the contracting authority in the documentation.

The guarantee for performance of the contract is 5% (five per cent) of the value of the contract without VAT included. The performance guarantee can be in one of the following forms: - cash amount deposited in the bank account of the contracting authority (indicated in the documentation), - bank guarantee, or - insurance.
