The subject of public procurement is the complete reconstruction of the passenger ship DALLAS (the original name MOSCOW) in accordance with the specification of the contracting authority's requirements set out in Attachments 1 to 3 of the Invitation Documentation and its-rehabilitation of the passenger ship DALLAS (the original name of MOSKVA) in accordance with the specification of the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in Attachment 1 to 3 of the loading documentation and its re-commissioning according to the current valid legislation .

Professional competence is met by the contractor, who submits:

a) inwithin the meaning of Section 77 (1) of the Act, the extract from the Commercial Register or other register, if another legal provision required to be entered in such records, b) within the meaning of Section 77 (2) of the Act. (c) valid certificates of approval shall be issued by Czechoslovak Lloyd or other recognized expert body for the construction and reconstruction of inland waterway vessels for the following types of activity:

- ship design, - - construction, repair, maintenanceand the reconstruction of vessels and ship equipment.- Qualified for the fulfillment of public contracts is a contractor who fulfills the basic capacity pursuant to Section 74 (1) to (3) of the Act in accordance with - 75 paragraph 1 of the Act
