The subject of the order includes repair and maintenance of the motor vehicle, including the supply of spare parts, materials and consumables necessary for their execution for a period of 36 months for the needs of TPP Botevgrad. At the time of initiation of the procedure, the Assignor is the owner of the 13 vehicles detailed in the Technical Specification. The Contractor undertakes to service other vehicles acquired by the contracting entity during the term of the concluded contractof the order, with the same prices and a discount percentage as those applicable to the vehicles available at the moment of submitting the offer.

The Contracting Authority does not impose such a requirement. who are or have arisen before or during the procedure the grounds for removal under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1-7 and Art. 55, para. 1 At the submission of a tender, the participant declares the lack of grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria by submitting the EEDOP in electronic form, which must be digitally signed and attached to an appropriate optical bearer to the package of documents for participation in the procedure.
