The subject of the order is a subsequent metrological inspection of heat meters and water meters of "Toplofikatsiya Sofia" EAD

Main Site: The Laboratory, in which the verification of heat meters / water meters will be carried out, must be located in the territoryof the BULGARIA The approximate number of heat meters to be subjected to a subsequent metrological verification is specified in the Technical Specifications to the Procurement Documentation The requirements for the execution of the order are set out in the Technical Specifications to the Public Procurement Documentation published on the buyer profile: www.zop.toplo.bg.

The participant should be empowered by a chairthe State Agency for Metrology and Technical Surveillance (SAMTN) for carrying out the ex-post verification of heat meters / water meters (according to the separate item) or an equivalent competent authority of the country of the participant where he is a foreign person under the legislation of the state in which he is established, as well as to be included in the list of persons authorized to check ammunitionand related components and additional devices supported by the SAMTS or similar information if entry in such a list or register is required under the law of the Member State .. To demonstrate compliance with the stated requirements, participants should declare in the single European Public Procurement (EEDOP) in Part IV "Selection Criteria", point A "Go- the number, date, period of validity and scope of the authorization order held by the SAMTS Chairperson or an equivalent authorization or membership of a particular organization for the performance of such services, if required by law of the Member State in which the participant is established or an equivalent competent authority of theif the participant is a foreign person, - indicate a number by line in the list of persons authorized to check the measuring instruments and of the components and auxiliary devices to them, maintained by the SAMTS. Foreign persons provide similar information if entry in such a list or register is required under the law of the Member State.is the following: - an authorization mandate issued by the Chairperson of the SAMTS or an equivalent permit or membership of a particular organization for the performance of such services if required by the law of the Member State in which the participant is established or an equivalent competent authority on the country of the participant when a foreign person is
